You need to be logged in to earn CR. Guests can download free saves, but the daily roll only triggers for logged-in accounts. Also, you only get one roll per day — if you already claimed today's CR, the counter won't run again until the daily reset.
Make sure your balance matches the save's price. Check your CR balance in the top-right wallet widget after logging in. If you're sure the balance is enough, try refreshing the page — balances are cached locally and may be a few seconds behind.
No. Level score is based on your streak days and lifetime CR earned — not your current balance. Spending CR on premium saves won't drop your level. Grind your streak and you'll stay ranked up.
CR is credited automatically as long as the support format is correct. If it doesn't show up, reach out to Support on Site — it'll be resolved within 24 hours. Top-up CR is permanent and never expires.
The FOMO Meter shows up in your dashboard once you're logged in. It tracks how many of your free CR are at risk of expiring, how many days left before they do, and nudges you to log in before they disappear. Top-up CR is always safe and won't appear here.
One account per person is the intent. Sharing accounts to farm CR from multiple devices may result in the account being suspended. Each email gets one daily roll.
